Siamo arrivati alla 4° Edizione del Customer Engagement Survey, organizzato e promosso da CScape. Qui potete scaricare il report della 3° Edizione

Ho appena risposto al sondaggio e vi darò prossimamente evidenza dei risultati;

Sondaggi come questo a mio avviso sono altrettanto interessant per le domande, oltre che per l’esito dei risultati. Per esempio vi riporto alcune delle domande:
